At Flowers Theory, every bouquet is hand-crafted from fresh, perishable blooms. Because of their nature, traditional returns and monetary refunds aren't possible. Instead, we guarantee your satisfaction through prompt resolution — replacement bouquets, partial credits or meaningful discounts on future orders when something goes wrong.
Gift accessories (vases, candles, toys, and similar items) follow a separate return policy: you may return them within 14 days of delivery if they are unused, undamaged, and in sellable condition. Details for both flowers and accessories are below.
Flowers are a living product, and we treat every order with the care it deserves. If something doesn't meet your expectations, contact us within 24 hours — we'll arrange a fresh replacement or apply a goodwill discount to your next order. No paperwork, no shipping back.
Send us a clear photo of the issue at info@flowerstheory.com or via WhatsApp. We review every case individually. The resolution is typically one of: a free replacement bouquet, partial credit toward a future order, or a meaningful discount on your next purchase. Monetary refunds aren't offered for fresh flowers.
Because flowers are perishable, you don't need to send anything back. Keep the bouquet — we'll handle compensation directly with you.

Non-perishable gift accessories such as vases, candles, soft toys, and similar items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Contact us by email or WhatsApp with your order number and a short description of the item. We'll confirm eligibility and arrange the return. Approved returns are typically refunded to the original payment method or credited toward a future order.
Used or burned candles, opened diffusers, and items that show clear signs of use cannot be returned. Custom or personalized accessories may also be excluded.
